Help flash frustration

tried to download flash from the market. I have a good wifi connection.
just says downloading...... and never finishes!

How do I fix this?

yeap figured out the problem. You will laugh.

Android market is dependent on Google talk working for some reason.

At work we block all social networking hence Google talk does not work.
There for I could not download any thing from the Market.

made a blue tooth connection to my phone instead and it worked just fine.
