FLASH gone ?

If I 'reset to factory settings' on my Android phone will it only erase the usual data or will it reverse my FLASH ? I flashed this phone to cricket from verizon and am selling AS flashed to cricket. Will the FLASH efforts be washed away with the reset or am I safe ?
