Help Flash lite.... not great, any alternatives??

Hey!

I'm a little bit confused about flash lite on the 2.2 wildfire, i upgraded last night but only got the phone a few weeks ago so am still leaning some of the ropes..

So there's a 'Flashlite plugin' under applications, presume this woks with any browser? Also is there a browser that converts flash videos to another format? Think i saw this somewhere.

The flash light is an app on HTC phones.
