Flash on Android, and Google dictating

Crunchyroll have been promising updates for a long time but I guess the Android app is a low priority.

1080p works fine on the website, works on both my Nexus 7 and Galaxy S4.

You need to use Dolphin Browser, Dolphin Jetpack and modified flash apk. If your not a paying customer you will get advertisements which which could cause problems.

This also works works for Amazon Instant.

Think Crunchyroll is aimed predominantly at the American market, it's priced in USD and it's all English subtitled. Probably more people using PCs rather than Android mobile devices and TV boxes to view it. Most people in this country get their anime fixes from mainly PPTV and Youku. And China loves anime, a lot of anime and manga. However most people here don't have PCs, because they're relatively expensive compared to mobile and TV devices. So presumably the video sites here have given priority to Android app development, and fact most Androids already come with Youku and PPTV pre-installed.

Yep, a lot of content is blocked in countries outside the US but it's easy to get around.

I'm in the UK and we have very little anime here, well excluding pokemon and a few children's programs so I depend on Crunchyroll and other flash based site for my fix.
