Where do I find flash player for.HTC smartphone?

Adobe officially stopped supporting mobile flash awhile back. You can find all of the archived flash player versions at the adobe website here: Archived Flash Player versions
Download the .apk file from adobe, if you're on Ice Cream Sandwich or JellyBean you will probably want to get the latest version available. Put the file on your phone (sd card or internal storage).
Use a file manager to browse to the file and tap on it. Choose install. That should be it.
If you haven't already, you will probably need to go into your settings: settings>applications>unknown sources
Check the unknown sources box. It allows you to install apps that aren't on the Play Store.
