Help Flash Player install, how to?

BBC iPlayer told me to install flash to watch videos, does anybody know how I can do this?

flash 10.1 not compatible with wildfire, and it already runs flash-lite

And I've not been able to iPlayer to run, I just assumed the screensize wasn't supported?
