Flash Player settings - how do you make it appear on a tablet?

Hi everyone, hope someone can help with this.

You know how on PCs, you can right-click on a Flash window and select Settings...? How do you do that on a tablet? I'm trying to use a website (singsnap.com) that requires the user to allow or deny Flash access to a webcam & mic before proceeding, but I can't figure out how to get that permissions box to appear.

(I'm using a Tabtronics Quantum 7 running Android 4.1, with Flash Player 11.1 installed. Safari seems to be the browser that Flash works best with so far.)

Thanks
Cliff

Ok you're confusing me.

1. Go to your App drawer and select the flash player settings app that appears when you have flash player for Android installed.

2. Safari for Android does not exist. And never will AFAIK. Apple hated both Android and Adobe. So safari mobile that works with flash and is for Android is like not gonna happen.

1. Okay, so Local Settings are set to "Only from sites I visit", and Peer-Assisted Networking is switched on.

2. Sorry, I thought the pre-installed browser was Safari for some reason.
