Hello Mike and welcome to AF! Currently Adobe Flash Player 10.3 is available. You can also find others in the Android Market.

Unfortunately Flash requires Android 2.2 or higher. Plus you'll need to meet Processor requirements for the player to install. So even if you could get Android 2.2 on your slate, the ARM11 chip won't handle it.
