Help Flash player

Hi, I was reading one of the forums and it said that I could use flash player. I am now on Gingerbread 2.33 and i wondered if i could use flash player on the internet e.t.c. i looked on market but unofficial flash players are there. my fone is not rooted. Plz help

No official flash on 2.3.3.
