If your phone has an ARM7 processor or better you should be able to go onto the PlayStore and search for Adobe Flash Player.
Adobe Flash Player from the market will not work with ARM6 processors and below. There are some hacked versions out there that sort of work, but not real well.
Adobe Flash Player might not work with some stock browsers. Might need to install a custom browser like Dolphin Browser.
