I just got a new note 8.0 and reliaze that ineed a flash player on here to see the videos on some website but it tells me I cant so how can i get a flash player

Flash Player 2.x/3.x or Flash Player 4.x (I don't know which version of Android that tablet runs). Then you'll need a browser that handles Flash, like Dolphin or Next. The native browsers don't.
