Help Flash Sound!!

How do you turn the Flash sound off when taking pics?

You cant but i believe theres apps that do it

Also why is it if i delete a pic that when I open gallery the pic that was deleted hours ago still shows in the folder view and then is gone when I actually open the folder?

I believe it has to do with the cached thumbnails, if you restart your phone it should go away.
Or get the "extended controls" widget and use the "media scanner" toggle, that will refresh your pics.
