Flash Zip file on native SD Rom

i flashed NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10.1.3 V2.7 Native SD to my Htc Hd2 Devise, i need to flash Softkeys_Switcher_v3 its Zip file, how can i Do it ?

i try this steps in magldr:
10- services >>>>> 1- Boot settings >>>>> 3- ad sd dir >>>>> 4ext
>>> 2- boot ad sd
i got error message :
SD kernal failed

i copy 4EXTRecovery again to my SD card and try previous steps, but have the same result

is it good idea to flash magldr again and the rom works without problem ?
or flash clockwork mod and install this patches ?
