I've packaged a couple of fonts to flash using ROM Manager or recovery:

You MUST be rooted to use these. Put these on your SD card, and boot to recovery or use ROM manager, and select "Install ROM from SD Card". Let your phone go through the installation process, and when it restarts, you should have a new system font!

WARNING: I am NOT responsible if these files brick your phone, melt your computer, or kick your dog. Use at your own risk. Some knowledge of flashing ROMs to your phone is necessary. I have only tested these on a Samsung Fascinate. I DO NOT KNOW if they will work on another phone. MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP BEFORE YOU USE THESE.

(uses Sweetie Pie font)
 
I have more! Click the name of the font to download the zip file, load on your sdcard, and flash from recovery or ROM Manager.
