Root [Flashable] OTA Updates

thank you gendo420 i finally got around to updating to mb3 and with your steps it worked flawlessly after many failed attempts with just trying to flash update
 
I am getting error 7 as well. Need help here and u know what you're doing. I have custom stock ROM with original kernel and cwm installed. Is me having cwm installed giving me the error?? I don't have access to a computer . is there a way to flash stock recovery right on the phone?? Any help would be appreciated..

I am busy with another project that has come along.
unfortunately I can't focus on the Jellybean update.

you have to flash this through Odin. Please post results.
