Root Flashed 8 different roms still have wifi error.

i bought this wildfire s off of a kid. it had a buggy old rom on it so i flashed another one. when i turned on the wifi in the other rom it just said it was turning on then 2 minutes later it said error. if you could find any fix that would be awesome! thanks.

to tell you the truth i think that might actually be the problem. it says i have a marvel c when i boot to recovery and it gives me a few options,recovery,fastboot,factory reset. im in computer class right now so ill flash a marvel c rom when i get home. could you maybe lead to a rom you like or a random one that seems pretty good?

Cm9 also has a marvelc version but it wouldn't work on my phone.
If you search marvelc roms you'll find a few.
