I need help with my phone, its a htc one m8 from sprint. I had flashed an update onto my phone so I could be able to use some different custom roms on my phone and when I did I rebooted my phone and it stays on the white screen that says htc. I am able to bring up the boot menu (power button + volume down button). From there I did a factory reset hoping that it would fix the problem but still stayed the same, and I am not able to get into recovery. when I did this I had stock rom with custom recovery.

It's generally a bad idea to install official software updates if you're using a custom recovery.
You'll probably need to flash an RUU to get you back to stock, or flash another custom recovery and go for a custom ROM.
