Root flashing and themes for rooted myns evo

With reading comes the fun. Well the phone was rooted, and now I am running Myn's ROM RLS4. Now is where a lot of the questions come, and a lot fall under the same thing, but I look here;
[THEME]Myn RLS 4(vanilla LS and battery icons,clear taskbars,themed LPRO 8.2 + docks) - xda-developers and love the lock screen and some cool add-ons. I see below by the downloads;
** Flashable zips

So the 1st and most important, how do you do this? A lot of the themes, etc. simply say 'flash and restart', flash and hard reset, etc. I have ROM manager which is what was used, but still a bit confused.

Thanks for a push in the right direction

Ok, so, I'm going to assume if you have Clockwork if you use ROM manager. Basically, ROM manager is a front-end of sorts to make flashing things easier. Ultimately, it still boots into recovery for everything, but it's automated. What you need to do is boot into recovery yourself, and flash these mods. Mods, ROMs, kernels, or any flashable package will come as a zip file. When you download these files, you need to make sure not to unzip them, then put them on the root of your sd card. You *can* put them in subfolders, but browsing through folders in recovery is a pain, but possible with clockwork and the latest RA recovery.

Anyway, once you have put your flashable zip files on the sdcard, you can follow the instructions in this thread:

Look for section 3 under "After Rooting". That is for flashing ROMs, which is almost the same process for flashing most mods. I say almost because you do *not* need to wipe data unless otherwise specified. So, where is says to do a factory reset, skip that part. There is no need to start from scratch every time you want to flash a simple mod - again, unless otherwise instructed by the developer of the mod. These mods you want are simple, and it is not required. It is very important that you remember to make a nandroid backup, and flash one mod at a time. If you flash more than one at a time and get in a bootloop, you won't know what caused it. If you need more specific instructions, let me know.
