Root Flashing Custom ROMs Without External SD Cards

Hey, is there a way to flash a custom rom to a XT912 without an SD card? Vacuum attacked mine. I'm not concerned with losing Apps or Settings at this point, only contacts (but am on a SIM card).

I would greatly appreciate some guidance, I hope I'm not effing anything up, new to af.

I'm actually going to move this from the Droid Maxx forum (XT1080M) to the Droid Razr Maxx (XT912) forum. With such similar names, it's an easy mistake to be made...

I'm pretty sure I've been able to download the ROM to the phone's memory and install it directly from there.

Safestrap will allow you to select ROMs from the internal memory.
