Flashing CWM issue

[Android Question]

When I try to copy the downloaded recovery.img to the image folder, it says there isn't enough space to copy. When I checked the size of the folder, it has 3.9 MB available space, and the recovery.img is 4+ MB. How do I clear space in that folder.

You are going to have to give more info.
What phone and model.
Where did you get the recovery.img
What guide are you following.

You will need to give all info in another post.
