Help Flashing error

Ok so I probably just bricked my phone but im still trying. During the installing of cynogenmod i missed a step and now my phone isnt starting nor is the recovery in fastboot doing anything, the part i missed was going into recovery then factory reset, i just clicked the factory reset from hboot screen. I've flashed kernel and googled this for nearly 6 hours. Any help would be appreciated.

What exactly is the step you missed?

Your phone won't power on at all? Not even bootloader?

When you say it won't do anything in fastboot/recovery, what you mean by that?

If it will let you, have you thought to do a reflash the right way?

it allows me into the fastboot/hboot options. Not sure how to reflash it trying to figure that out but phone wont go any further than those screens. the step i missed was going into recovery then wipe/factory reset then selecting the zip. What i did was hit the factory reset on the hboot screen. When i try using recovery goes to the logo loading screen but sits there same with starting the phone.

Have you tried to wipe cache and data, and then flash the ROM again?

How do you flash the ROM without having clockworkmod ?

That shows how to install cwm via fastboot and adb

Ultimately giving you option to reflash cm.

For future reference, do your wipes via recovery, not fast boot.
