Root Flashing HTC Evo 4G LTE to Boost Mobile?

A friend is asking me if I could figure out how to flash a Sprint HTC Evo 4G LTE to work with Boost Mobile (he says he has a Boost Mobile right now, so guess that will be used as the donor). I'm looking around and not really seeing any straight up guides on how to do it. And only experience I have with some of this process is rooting my Virgin Mobile LG Optimus Elite.
 
You guys see that link they give on there on to how to do it for Cricket service is basically all the info I need to get it on Boost Mobile? I'm not sure what kind of phone the Boost Mobile donor is that he has, so not sure if I will also basically need to do the same process to get the info from the other one to copy over to the HTC Evo 4G LTE.
 
I'm not aware of anyone on the forums who have their EVO 4G LTE on other carriers.

If there is someone out there who has done it successfully, they are more than welcome to write up a how-to.
