Root Flashing kernel with no CWM, etc. (Elite Owner)

Hello, everyone,
Brand new here.

I have rooted my phone and have done everything correctly and would like to install and overclock kernel (I hear giantpune's is generally the way to go), however I am having an issue. I don't know how to install CWM and have tried and almost bricked my phone in the process, so I'd rather not do it again. Are there any Apps or any manual ways to flash a kernel. I have ROM toolbox installed.

Please detail however don't make it too complicated, I am relatively new at this and would hate to brick my phone again. Thanks.

It's very easy. I have done it no problem.
I THINK flash image gui can but I only tried it on my optimus v. I don't know if our phone is supported.
I should also add: if you do use the link read it a couple times so you know exactly what to do. Even the advance installation is easy. (For me it was but I do have experience with terminal)

Gp, released an app to install cwm just like his root with an apk. http://androidforums.com/elite-all-things-root/565352-clockworkmod-22.html#post5284201

Install the latest ministro II from the play store. Download and install the LGOE_Noob.apk. Run the Noob app, it will install the new cwm. Boot to it with Quick boot. Profit. Make a backup first thing.
