Root Flashing Kernels

Hi i am looking forward to flash some kernels but i am not sure what to do.

Which is the easiest way to flash a rom and do i need to be S-off?
 
And you flash them via recovery like a rom.

Not sure if you need s off, i dont think so though as some roms have different kernels

I dont think you need to be s0off, like matt says, you flash them in recovery.

Just make sure you have sense kernels for sense roms and asop for asop roms. (do a nandroid aswell before you flash).

You may have to toggle signature verification in recovery first too.
 
I am not familiar with that rom, but from your links, it seems that kernel is one of the recommended ones to try, so should be ok. Just nandroid first.
