Help Flashing Noob asap help plz

Hopefully someone can answer this flashing noob.

I just put my sd card with Tim's rom into my disco10 tablet.
Never done this before.

So I was in the flashing install screen

First it said

Please wait......

then

Copying Files..........

then there was some text which I missed....

And now it automatically shutdown. Does this mean that it is finished and I can remove the SD card before restarting the tablet? The install took about 5 minutes is this true?

Don't forget to remove the files off the sd card too :D

Don't want to be in a flashing boot all the time do we? :p

Please provide me if i could install tim rom in my 10 inch tablet
My unit details
Superpad 3 (may be clone ) 10.1 inch
Model numer : DISCO10
Android version : 2.2 - 20110803
Kernel version : 2.6.32.9
Build number : FRF85B

I want to install as i accidently pressed reset botton down and i lost all flash 10 though my apps are there . I wanted back previous settings as it was perfect plays youtube and angry birds very well.

Though youyube and angry birds are is installed but cannot play .even i camnoot install flash player manually.

Is tims rom different from the curront system iam having.

Please provide me links to download the firmware and also the procedure.
Can I use the latest version from this link
