Root Flashing Over Amon Ra with Clockwork?

I currently have Amon RA Recovery Image 1.7.0 but I would like to start using ROM Manger and so I need to flash the Clockwork Recovery. Can I simply do this from the ROM Manager application or will there be a problem if I try to do that because I already have Amon RA Recovery on there. Thanks.

Thanks but now I have a problem. I can't boot into recovery, I go down to bootloader and it justs kicks me back to the screen where it asks if I want to go to bootloader or recovery... Help? Thanks in advance. I will re-flash to Amon RA recovery for now.

It appears that it is a problem only on 2.0.1.3 on .1.2 and .1.1 things work fine.
