Root flashing red light?

does anybody know what it means when you plug your phone in when its not booting and it just flashes red when plugged in? really scared guys D:

Seems like your battery has run down completely, and your phone is sleeping.

Pull the battery out, and unplug the charger. Wait 30 seconds.

Plug the charger back into the phone, then put your battery back in. Wait for the light to turn solid red.

Hit the power button, and it should boot right up.
