Root Flashing stock ROM

This is a quick guide for all of you who want flash the stock ROM i.e., Bring the phone back to stock condition.

1. Download the ROM package : LQAEB28_2012-08-18_factory_update.zip
2. Save it to your SD card - DO NOT RENAME IT
3. Boot into recovery (Turn your phone off. Hold the volume up and power button together till you see the MMX logo)
4. Your phone will automatically flash the new ROM. :dancing2:

Helped?? The thanks button will not click itself - HIT THANKS
 
i hav a micromax ninja 4 A87 phone tat has an android 2.3.5 gingerbread version...i rooted my hone n deleted 'm.labs.launcher'...now my phone doesnt boot...it doesnt even switch off...plz help...wat to do?

I did that too thanks for the stock rom available here just download the same on your system and put it on your sd card boot into recovery by switching on the phone using power and volume up button select the option to update through sd card and select the downloaded file wait for 10 mins it would flash and your system would boot in factory installed os.....thanks a million to the user who uploaded this file as I had also lost my new phone trying to play with it!!!!!!!!

I bro I Have taken A87 yesterday only, I am facing lot of problem like poor battery backup, unable to download apps from market and slow internet connection. did you see any different after flashing the ROM please let me known.

this is same original rom no change,
i am using this phone last 20 days no problem nice mobile i bought only 5500
rs, rooted , i love very much this mobile , u r gsm internet problem , try to connect wi fi it lightning speed .:D:D:D
 
i recovered my CWM 5 .....


but after flashing stock rom above ..

i got some satus 7 error......got some nc.vf caused this error

...then i wiped all cache and reset the phone...still the same...


..after that suddenly deleted system folder and data folder...
the problem is I cannot boot into recovery mod and fastboot mode...the phone just vibrate and live in dead black screeen.....please help me out to flash the dead phone......
 
needs help.... i recently flashed my phone with the stock rom..... and now my phone sim1 shows roaming all the time ....pliz guys any help
 
Dude, U r just a life saver for me,
I just uninstall M!launcher by root toolbox
and then restore my MMX A87, nd its crashed.
without Ur original Rom may be I hv lost my phone forever.

Dude U r a great lifesaver for me..
I just dont have such word for U..

Gud to hear that bro..

But if you have just deleted the M!launcher, then all you had to do was reinstall another launcher..

Do we have to flash it with Stock recovery or CWM?
 
Here is a story of my Micromax A87

1) I bought new Micromax A87
2) I play with its system a lot (i.e. rooting,CMW,ram increase,link to sd)
3) Finally Google Play store stopped working
4) Wasted 9 hours of my life to bring it back
5) Unrooted and Reset the phone
6) Goes to MMX service center
7) They told me that phone is rooted by watching CMW recovery menu
8) I said No
9) They said ok
10) I said I want new phone
11) They gave me new handset :D
