Flexishield vs CM Gelli vs Safe skin

I am looking for a soft, rubbery kind of case that will protect the phone from light drops. Something like the inner part of the otterbox commuter, but somewhat tougher.

So far, I have looked at the Casemate Gelli and safe skins, and also the flexishield...

But which is best? I have heard that some cases get dirt trapped in and then scratch the phone... Is this true?

Not sure if cheaper is better? Especially when cell net or whatever has done a lot more sales.. But both are ebay top sellers
