if it is the screen, then there is not much you can do software wise.
hardware issues can be resolved by:
1.warranty or insurance replacement
2.take the phone in to be repaired
3.or do it yourself by using Ifixit Samsung Galaxy S7 Repair Guide

Well if it was just a software issue, I don't think you'd be buying a new phone. This is a hardware failure, repair or replacement required.
