Wonder why my new Flip3 is soooo slow
2 recharge Battery.
It's even called 'Fast Charge'
an also the Charger devise is a 'fast' type...
But it's soo slow....

Can you be specific about what "soo slow" means? Because nobody can know whether the problem is your phone or your expectations if you don't provide some numbers.

But it's probably worth trying a different cable, since a dodgy cable is a common cause of charging problems.

in addition to what @Hadron asked.......in your settings, do you have fast charge turned on? are you using wireless charging? or are you charging with a cable?
