Help Floatify Notifications disappear

Well, I needed an app that would show notifications for any normal notifications I would get (facebook, twitter, ect..) and it would be a floating style notification like Pingers that would require me to dismiss the popup notification while it's on my clock app (setup on my desk plugged in) But when the notification pops up after 10 seconds or so it just goes away and i can't find any setting where it permanently stays up untill dismissed.
Is there a setting?
Is there another app that would do what I ask?

Thank you, It seems to be working how I wanted it, also yes, it does have the option to set the "float time" if you will, and dragging it all the way out sets it to not disappear until dismissed.
