Slacker, a personal fave, just released a Blackberry app and an iPhone app on the way. I just posted a call to action to get people to pester them for an android app...because of your post here.

Sirius is available for Android now, it's not on the market but you can get it from http://siriusxm.com/android/indexm.html
I installed it on my CliQ and I'm having issues. I wonder if anyone else with one can give it a shot? I can get all the channels, even see whats on, but as soon as it goes to start playing I get "Data Connection Lost: Attempting reconnect"
I've called Sirius and TMobile and both haven't been able to help - not much TMobile can do with a 3rd party app and Sirius said there was nothing they could do other then uninstall and reinstall (which I've done 3 times)
