Flytouch 3 10" 16GB 2.2 Google Android Internal SD problem

I bought this recently, I think after i intalled several apps it got a problem with the internal SD. That when i open the Gallary it says "SD card unmounted or not present". I tried three options

1 Latest firmware update

2 Factory reset from settings menue also from pressing (Power+back+Menu does not work)

3 Bootable SD setup

any of these didnt work

so i think i have to remove the product and format the internal SD and copy fresh software.

Is this possible?
