flytouch 3

energized

Lurker
hi:
I recently purchased a ibex flytouch 3 with 32GB.
Upon trying to scroll up or down, I found that using your finger (as I was
tought) did not work. By accident, I used my finger nail and got good
results. Why does the nail work and not the finger?
Also, I charged the tablet to 100% charged, shut it down and upon booting
the next day, the battery strength was only 47%.
Does any one why?

thank you,
Richard Smith

Welcome to Android Forums!

Most likely because the Flytouch tablets have resistive screens, not capacitive screens. The first measure actual pressure and the latter measure electrical resistance.

Power reporting on new devices is notoriously inaccurate. You may have to go through a few charge cycles to get the pad settled in.

If you have further questions, you'll get the best answers from other flytouch users in the tablet sections of the forums.

You may also have a flakey battery in your Flytouch 3. Keep in mind that the Flytouch is a knockoff tablet. As such it's not always constructed with the most reliable components.
