Help flytouch problems

hi there i purchased a flytouch 111 superpad a few months back and iam having problems with it and as i am a new user u can understand my frustration.The pad when turned on keeps giving me an error message as follows< The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly please try again> this error keeps popping up i have tried to reset but to no avail can anybody help me with this problem.What i have noticed is that google doesent work properly if i try to open my mail it closes down and also the virtual keyboard doesent pop up help please.

I cleared it all but it may be possible to isolate an individual record. Just letting you know incase the problem keep re occurring. this solution worked in Tims 6a and should apply to 5a.

Delete data

It seems to be a recent problem as my fytouch was okay for a few months and bizarrely I had not added any contacts myself.


Try that, and if the error still happens try deleting the Calendar storage data, the final thing to try would be the Account and Sync settings....

Not clear cache.... clear data. I think you may be looking at the wrong button

Great!...glad you are up and running. As to whether there is an upgrade you can install depends on the model number of your FT3. Look in menu/settings/about device/model number and report back.

My choice of apps that I have and I think are good will be different from your choice - it will depend on what you want from the tablet, and finding the good ones is half the fun!!
 
hi there the model numbers disco 10 the version is 2.2-20110529 i suppose the apps vary from person to person if you have good book app let me know and yes it is great that it working it was just sitting there giving me a headache and now im up and running thanks again

As its a DISCO10 there are a few options for you. Probably the most popular will be Tims Firmware. I suggest you read the changelog and the tips before setting out so you know how to fix the problems loading it might cause. There is also Flanflingers 'funnycomb' firmware, you will find that here FlanFlingers-FunnyComb-Beta
If you are into 3G then s01 did some work to get some usb dongles to work, but that has been largely incorporated into Tims firmware...

Personally I have only used pdf reader so I couldn't say if it was good or bad, perhaps someone else will comment.....
 
hi there i am wondering if you can help me with connecting to the ethernet on my pad wifi works fine just connecting with the cable keep getting error nothing detected and if you could explain to me how to find the new firmware not having much luck with it thanks
 
Hi all,

Im having trouble with my speakers on my flytouch 3, only one side is working and when i put headphones in only one side works again.

Also i cant seem to get the microphone to work at all....cant even find the settings for it??? plz someone help me as it is a xmas prezzie for my mum and i want it in all working order and set up for her to enjoy.
