I had it working a few hours ago but now when I try play no sound comes out and on the bottom of the screen little notifications pop up saying "MOCK : RADIO_ON" "MOCK : UNMUTE" and stuff like that. I tried putting in system/app the fm2.apk from other ROMs (and the fmrecording one) but that doesn't work either. I installed nextradio from the play store and it also doesn't work but it tells me that I have a hardware problem. What now?

reboot to recovery and wipe caches. should clear up any errors. i have encountered this once or twice. never found out why it occurs.

I know its a stupid question but Just curious do you have the headphones plugged in and if you do try a different set of headphones

I'll be honest & say I don't know much about this but it seems to me like your nand might be corrupt, there shouldn't be that many errors in every aspect of the OS. Obviously others should have a better idea than myself but that's my opinion of this situation based on what I see.
What should I do about it? Should I send it to LG (after unrooting and flashing stock recovery)?

It would be worth making a backup and reverting back to stock with the flash tool and see if the issues persist, then restore your backup if it is fixed.
