Help FM Radio?

Hi everyone,

I've recently ordered a i7500 here in Australia and am eagerly awaiting it release within a week or so.

I've got a question that hopefully an existing owner can answer.

Does the i7500 actually have a FM radio?

I've read quite a few reviews on the net and there seems to be slight confusion by reviewers weather or not it has one. Some say yes others say no! Is it a case that the hardware is there, but android doesn't support it yet?!?

There isn't an FM tuner. I haven't seen any spec that states it does. I think what you might have seen was the MSM 7200 technical document which shows what the chipset is capable of. There's video out and such in the document but whether Samsung implemented it in the galaxy is another story.
 
Yeah the MSM chipset supports it, but there's no antenna stage, and the firmware isnt there. So there's no hope of adding it somehow either.
