Help FM radio

Just trying out the FM radio, or attempting to.
Error message saying "Unable to use FM radio when Offline profile is active".
Anyone know how to change to online profile?

Yes I do. (But I also noticed you can click on a button that says 'speaker').

Well I just found out the 'problem'.
It seems I can't use my FM radio unless I turn off flight mode.
That's a bummer.

When you use a regular battery powered pocket FM radio, you don't need to connect with a cell tower. What's the difference here?

Yes the earphone acts as an antenna. The phone won't let you use the radio unless you connect your earphone, even if you use the speakerphone.
