The chipset we have is a snapdragon 400 which is capable of getting FM radio transmission. We just need it configured properly. Anyone know how to do this?

Ok, yes the Snapdragon 400 does have and support FM radio capability. HOWEVER 2 things must happen.
First and this is the most important.
The manufacturer must wire the board to use the headset as the antenna and the right pin must be soldered.
Second. The kernel must have support, which would be pointless being it isn't activated.

Not a secret. I'm using the butterkat kernel and fiddling with different system options and settings.
I may have gottenba fluctuating signal and such. But I currently have no audio output except for static. I am still working on a lot of it myself.
