Help FM Transmitter I have tried everything cant get it to work

I got a Sosche FM transmitter that uses the headphone jack to connect to the Infuse. I have no problem getting headphones to work but I cannot get my phone to recognize this accessory. I have a car stereo that has an av jack and a usb jack, I have tried both but have not had any success. I have even tried looking for an App to help but still have not had any luck any suggestions?
 
I honestly don't know if your transmitter is supported by android. You might look through your device paperwork or perhaps google it to locate a list of compatible devices. Welcome to AF and good luck
 
Is bluetooth not an option? I hear music from my Infuse via bluetooth in the car. No adapters or cords.

I am in need of an FM transmitter for the Samsung Infuse 4G as well. My car radio does not have any input jacks or bluetooth capabilities, so I must resort to FM transmitters. I just looked up your Sosche product on google and it says it only works for iPods and mp3 players (nothing about the infuse).

Im looking at this product on ebay: 3.5mm Car Radio FM Transmitter For Samsung Infuse 4G | eBay - as soon as I receive it and try it out I will let you know how it works.
