FM Tuner on Fascinate?

A lot of the materials I've found mention that the Galaxy S line includes an FM tuner, but I've also seen that the Captivate doesn't seem to have it. Can someone who's used the phone clarify whether the Fascinate will come with one?
 
Everything I've read says it will have a tuner. But I have no confirmation. I going to stop in at VZW everyday to see if they have a working unit. I'll check it out then.
 
It looks like the International (Unlocked version has one). I guess they didn't want to spend money to bring it to the US versions
