Root FM Tuner?

Can anyone tell me if the D3 has a FM tuner? The ROM I'm running doesn't have a widget for it.

If it does, is there some place to get a FM tuner widget? I did a really quick look on Play but didn't see anything. I'm using TuneIn at the moment but the buffering is killing me.

...and I can't use my Walkman while it's charging so that's out.

I'm running SteelDroid ROM on mine, and it does have an FM radio app. Have to attach headphones for it to work, but it works great.
