Help folder is open

How do I turn off the audio "folder is open" "folder is closed" when I open and close folders on the home screen? Us celluar JB4.12

This is down to accessibility settings. In android settings > Accessibility > Talkback is what is doing this. If it is set to off, its worth noting that this is often incorrectly invoked by the following applications, which you may have installed:

Tasker - Think Pent fixed this a long time ago though. Up to date?
Light Flow - Common bug with LightFlow.

Welcome to the forum

It sounds like you have TalkBack turned on in settings, accessibility. So turn it off and you should be good
