Help Folders don't work

Since 4.1.2 update, home screen folders don't seem to work. I can rename them but can't put anything into them. Am I missing something?

I cant remember how to do it on stock tbh but have you tried just dragging app icons onto the folder icon?

I just tested. Made a new folder (Long press on homescreen) and dragged icons from app drawer into the folder. I am on Verizon MF1. Folders still work as original.

What carrier version are you?

Yeah they made it so you actually have to make the damn folder now. Stupid! It was so much easier to simply drag and drop, then it made its own folder.
