Help Folders Not Showing?

I made folders on my phone to store music in, and when I plug the phone into my computer, the folders I created don't show up at all. I can see the "USB removable device" and a list of folders on my phone, but the ones I created are not on the list and I checked under all the sub-folders as well.
I am trying to sync my iTunes music to my phone using iTunes Agent and not finding the folder I created is the only problem I am having.
This is my very first smart phone and I have had it for 2 days. So far I really like it, but want to put music on my phone without having to subscribe to another music service, I would rather my music be on my iTunes.

Not sure if this’ll help, but I had nothing but problems with the stock folders losing content, gaining content, disappearing, you name it. I finally tried LauncherPro and the problems vanished. There are other launchers out there that probably do the same or better, but I stopped looking.
