You can get older versions of 'Password Manager - Keeper' from the apkmirror site:

It's supposed to be legitimate source for APK files, always important to be wary when installing any downloaded content:

The Google Play page for this app indicates its cutoff for support is ver. 5 (Lollipop). If you're running such a dated version of Android you need to be extra vigilant about doing something like side-loading apps.
