Hi all, I have a fonerange V8 rugged I use for VNC client purposes at work, the issue is that it wont connect to my work Wi-Fi due to "Avoided porr internet connection" I cant turn this feature off in the stock ROM and it wont allow the phone to connect to the Wi-Fi as there is no internet connection available.
I want to root so I can use WiFi fixer but Im unsure of the best method due to the generic nature of the device:
MOdel: FonerangeV8
Android 4.0.4
Baseband:MAUI.11AMD.W11.50.SP.V24,2012/07/04 11:27
Build: ALPS.ICS.MP.V2.11
Product Version: FONERANGEV8.1.001.765.A404.WW.BA
Thanks in advance
