I have an ebook in the balaram font. But my ideos S7 tablet does not read it. How can i download this font so that i can read this ebook.

Welcome to Android Forums, raghavapandit.

Android Market has a lot of apps called "language packs," which replace the default fonts and menu wording, etc with the target language.

I'd suggest you invoke your Market app and use the search feature on wording such as "balaram language pack." :)
