Well guys just letting you know i did not build the app and i forgot who did despiting i have extremly busy but this requires roms v5.0+
Features:
* Have users grab your rom update without going directly to the thread
* have users be able to choose what to fomat after downliad in settongs using twrp and some cwm recoveries (not Official)
* host your own donate and website via the app through the update_manifest.xml
And more
This comes with a already made update_manifest.xml and is ready to edit, its self explanatory as well simple and instructions
